When she gave us the crazy bread, she didn't give the sauce, so I asked, then she gave a stance as if I had done something wrong. I tried to call her to get some fresh crazy bread or my money back. Of course no answer.
We will never order from here again! We ordered a pizza yesterday, and when we got it home, it was one of their regular cheap pizzas. I wanted to call and no one would answer the phone. I called this morning and allegedly spoke to a manager who said he would be there all day, and he would make us a new pizza to pick up 5:30....husband went to get it-no manager and nobody knew about it. This happened to us another time, but not anymore....this special little Caesars has very bad working ethics and obviously does not hold her word.
Two. Once I've ordered through the app and the two. I went to pick up my order and they didn't make it! Why do you have to order an app if you do not complete the orders! Pizza was great, service is terrible!
Well, we ordered two (2) deep dish pizzas from this Little Caesars, and there was absolutely NO sauce on either pizza; so, the we essentially got cheese bread. I called and spoke to the manager, and the first words out of his mouth was that he couldn't do anything unless I drove the pizza back to the store, and he would look at it and decide what to do. His attitude was confrontational and unprofessional. I even did not get an apology. So, buyer(s) beware...this Little Caesars' food quality really sucks, store management is cavalier, and as a result, I will never order another pizza from this store again!
This little ceasers used to be good, but now the quality of food has declined significantly. The pizza is always burned or too fat. I was in other little Ceasers in Greenville and they are much better than this situation.
