I don't even know where to begin with this review. The waitress was friendly, but seemed confused about the menu. I ordered tortellini in a sun-dried tomato and pink sauce, but was informed it actually had tomato cream sauce with Alfredo mixed in. Unfortunately, I cannot eat tomato seeds, so I specifically requested no tomato chunks. However, my dish still had large pieces of tomato, basil, and swirls that I couldn't eat. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she took it back to the kitchen and returned saying the chef insisted it was fine. My husband ordered the meatball dinner and found the meatballs to taste like plain hamburger without any seasoning. The noodles on both dishes didn't seem homemade. Given the high prices and disappointing food and service, we will not be recommending this place or returning.

The food at this restaurant is incredible! In my opinion, it's some of the best pizza I've ever tasted. I gave it 4 stars because it can get a bit noisy and the prices are a little high. However, that doesn't deter me from going back again.

Love flo's! Food is great!The one thing I have to complain about, is that I asked to bring out my kid's fries right away, cuz they were hungry and the waitress did not. Even though I had asked her a couple of times during the wait she said they would be coming out with the rest of the food, even though I explained to her why I asked for them right away!. We had a bigger party so it took a little bit longer, which is fine. BUT....I wanted the kids food early. It didn't matter that they ate before me. Happy kids, happy patron!Note to the manager: please let your staff know to listen to the patron! Thanks!We visit often, so this one time isn't gonna make us stop going.
