Dunkin' - Greenville

Food is always half frozen. I don't know why I keep going back. It use to be managed so well years ago but has gone downhill. Yesterday-I bit into my turkey sausage wake up wrap and the turkey was still frozen. It happens every...single...time. I don't have time to go back in with my food, as I am always in a rush on the way to work. Come on Dunkin...I love you. Please can you work on your food? I will say your coffee is delicious.

Great coffee. Beautiful design in location. Staff can use a more upbeat attitude.

Through the drive. I cut my change. Bagels were not roasted. They were cold, hard and stable. Donuts were just pushed into a pocket. More frosting on the inside of the bag than on the donuts. I've tried this business several times and disappointed every time. No problem with other shops. This place gives Dunkin a bad name. The corp should have better standards.

I loved trying one if her breakfast egg roll ups. It was delicious. The employees were very nice and they didn't hurry, we took our time and they respected it very well. Two thumbs up

I wish I could give this place zero stars. While they encourage customers to wear masks, their employees don’t wear theirs correctly. One staff member had his mask under his chin, and another had hers under her nose. They really need to train their employees properly on safety procedures!
