Dozo Sushi Hibachi - Greenville

Good sushi and hibachi in a clean environment by friendly staff.

The guests ahead of us looked pretty dissatisfied, which made me a bit concerned. However, our waitress was very pleasant, the chef was talented and had a great sense of humor, and I ended up enjoying a huge amount of food on my birthday. It couldn’t have been better than that!

I had the worst service I've ever experienced! The young waitress seemed out of it and struggled to understand my order. I'm not sure why she's in this role; she really needs more training or perhaps should be let go. I waited 45 minutes for my takeout because she forgot to include one of my entrees. Plus, my $30 lobster was so overcooked that it was inedible. It was just disgusting! I wouldn't recommend this place at all; it’s not cheaper than higher-end restaurants, and both the service and food were terrible!

Wonderful place! I had a sushi question and the shusi chef was very happy to answer and even made a sample roll for me to try after his explanation! I love when a business cares about the long term relationship of a customer, I will be back for sure and they just earned a new regular!

Small portions for 7 bucks, I was surprised how small, Fried rice was plain with no vegetables or egg and I got 10 small pieces of chicken and that's it. Edit: Wow it tastes bad too... At least the person behind the counter that took my order was nice and helpful!
