Craft Barrel - Greenville

We chose to dine at this restaurant based on reviews and available reservations. Upon arriving for our Valentine's Day dinner, we were asked if we had a reservation (which we did) and whether we were there to see the band or for dinner (we were there for dinner). The restaurant was mostly empty, with only a few other occupied tables. We were seated next to the stage and ordered drinks and dinner. The New York strip steak was large but half of it was fat. The loaded baked potato was simply a potato with butter, shredded cheese, and was on the smaller side. My burger was just average and seemed to be pre-made rather than freshly pattied. I was not impressed with the quality of the food overall, as it felt more like bar food than high-quality cuisine. Although the band was enjoyable, the noise level was quite loud when sitting next to the stage. Ultimately, I was disappointed with our dining experience and don't think we will return unless it's to see the band.

We did not dine at this restaurant because we were turned away at the door. Our reservation was questioned, and we were informed of a $5 per person cover charge which was not disclosed beforehand. This information was not listed on their website. The staff had unfriendly attitudes and were not accommodating. Due to this experience, we have decided not to dine at this establishment in the future.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Our server was very busy managing our section, but she did a fantastic job. We will definitely be back, as our experience was very positive.

The wall on your right as you walk inhould be removed so that viewing of the stage is increased thus decreasing crowding at the steps.

Enjoyed the meal. Great selection of beer. The deviled eggs are a must. Service was excellent.
