My order arrived late and was cold had to throw it out

Burger was crafted and presented well. Fries were hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean. Management seems to care although they may be a little cheap. I Ordered a water and got a small plastic cup about the size of a shot glass. Both the employee and I laughed at the absurdity of it.Vegetarian options: Can order an impossible Whopper. Although it may still be cooked on the same surface as the meat.

Thomas was very nice and patient he definitely made me feel less pressured trying to figure out what I wanted to order while I was indecisive . Great customer service !

I went through the drive through and ordered a cheeseburger, a value fry and 2 small drinks. The cashier was the best cashier I 've seen in a long time. If I was still a restaurant manager, she is one I would try to get to come to my place and work. She was very nice, quick with my order, repeated my order back and asked about me needing condiments. Most fast food places seem like they don 't want u to have ketchup with your fries. She was great!Kid-friendliness: There 's a play area for kids. The kids menu is typical fast food menu, but most kids love it.Dietary restrictions: They stand by their slogan, Have it your way. They have no problems customizing your order.

Great staff with great customer service skills. Got some burgers for my family and I Tuesday and woke up with food poisoning for the next 2 days. We are still very weak. I don’t know if the meat was tainted or sitting out too long. It could’ve been cross contamination. Either way puking and being on the toilet and the chills makes us never want to eat out again.
