We visit this restaurant occasionally, and they often struggle to deliver good service. While there are moments when the service is acceptable, our frequent visits have shown that more often than not, it resembles a slow-moving slug devouring your garden vegetables, leaving a bitter and frustrating experience.

We arrived today, October 14, 2023, as a party of three and were seated immediately. However, no one came to our table to take our order or check on us. Despite being in a busy area where many staff members passed by, none of them stopped to acknowledge us. After waiting for over ten minutes without any service, we decided to leave.

We ordered the potato dish, but it was burnt on one side and raw on the other. The avocado was black, the sausage was charred, and there was more margarine than toast. The meal was truly disappointing; we couldn't bring ourselves to eat it. We politely informed the waiter about the issues (which he could clearly see), and they offered us a 10% discount on a meal we didn’t consume. The customer service left much to be desired. Additionally, the waiter had dirty fingernails (just a note—if you have long nails, please keep them clean). On a positive note, the banana bread was excellent, as always.
