Big Boy - Greenville

Food and service was good. cleanliness was less than desired. someone has to train the personal, how to mop, because my shoes stuck on the floors and not just in one area. otherwise it was decent.

Oh my god, first it was on the other side of the city, so that applebees and chineses were not open, so our last resort was to sit down, a great young one we had 5 adults and 6 children. our waitress was really nice. my mother-in-law had to go and fill her cup of coffee because our waitress was not there when she took our order, she went out the half of the order first and we did not see it again until the 4 of 6 of the children came. we've been there for an hour and thirty minutes. The waitress tells us that our food we ordered will not be done for another 45 minutes! we wanted to see the manager. he comes out an apology and says that he will bring out the app of our mother very soon and that our food will only take 10-15 minutes when our food comes out, it was completely black! unnecessary to say we will not go back there! when I was a child, was always eating at the point and never had to wait for an hour, half a meal!

Tonight for dinner at big boy. the chicken parmesan, it came out without cheese. the nasalate I received had the salat seed in it and was served with the wrong dressing. when returning the chicken stable, I have specifically requested a whole new dish, as the cheese was missing and it has already been thrived in too much sauce. the dish was brought back clearly microwaves, as the hot bowl steamed, the hen was drowned with more sose and the noodles begin to dry. I will not go back.

I would have given him a zero star if there was an option. the breakfast buffet was dirty, new eating on the old one. pans are not replaced, handles of utensilien dirty and sticky. eat old and crusty. now I pray that I do not get food poisoning. Watch several workers not wash there has touched their face, their backs and other objects, then go to eat or the containers that eat is in touch. we will not be back.

Service wasn't great, inside was dirty. Ordered a side salad with my meal didn't receive it. Asked waiter for it still didn't get it. Boyfriend ordered burger without mushrooms it came with mushrooms.Wouldn't recommend and will not be going again. This place has really gone down over the years.
