We ordered the Parmesan pasta with vegetables $14.95) and received this pictured- a handful of plain noodles). Super disappointed.

Widely varied menu, all tastes great. Excellent prices, 3 visits so far.

Disappointed in the food the last few of times we've been here. Chicken was super dry and hamburger was over cooked. Not sure when I'll give then another chance. Won't be anytime soon.

I’ve eaten here for years and have always loved their food and the setting. The service has always been exceptional with very friendly and accommodating staff. Sadly, this week will likely be my last experience there. I left a 22% tip for our waitress. She instead entered in a 36% tip for herself. Even though the tip and total amount were right there, the manager made excuses and even defended the waitress instead of apologizing and reassuring me that it would never happen again. I addressed that and he then backed off and wanted to know how he could make it right- at that point is was too late for me. I would’ve been satisfied with an “I’m sorry, we take responsibility for that and I can assure you it’ll never happen again,” when I initially raised the concern. Instead, there was absolutely no accountability until I stood up for myself and the facts present. I doubt I’ll ever go back. Mistakes happen- of course. I make them every day. However, I appreciate accountability and just a plain “I am so sorry.” Kid-friendliness: They are usually very accommodating to children.

Food good. Manager dismissed us and couldn’t have cared less about what we wanted to share in our experience.
