I ordered online and went there, but they said they would just give me a refund because it was closed, but other places were also closed, so I lost the opportunity to order. The same franchise store in Mauldin closed at 9 p.m. and stopped taking online orders from 8:20, but here it is said to be closed at 10 p.m. according to the online. My order was completed and accepted at 8:50 p.m., but when I showed up there to pick up my order about at 9:30 p.m. they said they were closed and they would just refund. It's so absurd, if they had rejected my order when they decided to close, then I could've searched other store and ordered. They stole my time and chance to get my dinner without any compensation. And even finally the employee and the woman who appears to be the owner just asked me to leave because they were going to close, but no matter what the customer's situation was, they changed the closing time at their own discretion and unilaterally canceled the completed order and just refunded it. If you just do it, have you completed all your responsibilities for an already accepted order and the customer who came to pick it up? This store does not deserve to take online orders, I think.
The pizza was good but we had to.waot 20 minutes for just a plain cheese pizza. The cashier didn't speak wasn't friendly very rude.
Food was terrible terrible terrible... can tell they don't care about what they serve. They quality isn't all that great like it use to be. And a mixture of workers who don't care is a recipe for nasty pizza. Deserve NO starsUpdate: it's a bunch of trifling kids that work here. So if u eat here check your food but it's best to not eat here. Period. I got crazy bread it was missing a couple of sticks..really.. I blame management cause either they not there overseeing operations or they trifling also
I was actually doing an UberEats order in which I was picking up an order for a customer. I already had one in the car for a second customer as well. When I got there, the employees were arguing with each other and one particular employee was screaming for another to 'shut the f up. ' I waited about 45 minutes (at this point, TWO customers of mine were essentially waiting over an hour for their food) . I ended up asking three, yes THREE employees if the order was ready, three seperate times. And every single one of them looked right at me, then ignored me each time. Every. Single. Time. At this point I just assumed they would never give me the order and left so that at least one of my customers got their food. One of the worst experiences I 've had in a restaurant to be honest, found the staff to be very disrespectful and rude.
