Applebee's Grill - Greenville County

I felt extremely rushed even though the restaurant was practically empty. I'm thinking about dessert and the waitress brought our tab before we wanted it. I felt rushed like that through the entire meal. Not fun. I'm new to the neighborhood and this could have been one of my go to's but I probably won't come here again. To boot, the garlic butter shot ALL over me and I stink so bad. The drinks were overly sweet. Not happy on any level

I like Applebees food but the service sucks! Took my best friend to the White Horse Rd location for her bday. Stood at the door 15min before anyone ever came to greet us. I filled out the survey the next day. I was contacted via email from the GM stating he wanted to know more about my experience. I called him twice and sent several emails. Never heard from him again.

If I could give 0 stars I would there was hair all in the food and when management was notified they wanted to try and say it wasn’t any of the employees when 2 plates had the same hair on

We came in around 10pm and got attitude, unfriendly service and the food was terrible! We waited 45 minutes just to get our salad and appetizers. The server was rude, no refills on our drinks and the food was cold when we did finally get it. When I spoke to the manager I was told they were short staffed and everyone was tired. I’ll never be back!!
