Ruth's Chris Steak House - Greenville

The stuffed chicken was amazing! the first time to be there and we enjoyed it!

I was very disappointed by my mac and cheese was dry. the carrots were not creamy. I don't care to pay for good food, but I couldn't believe that the price I paid for was that.

We would characterize this special ruth chris location almost as substandard. we waited at least 20 minutes before taking part. the atmosphere was too casual compared to other ruth chris restaurants. the service was once again comparatively short, looking at the filling of drinks/water and broth. on a more positive note, our waiter was polite and cordial! the preparation of eating was what one would expect at this type of restaurant. overall we were surprisingly disappointed by a restaurant of this kaliber!

8pm reservations and was seated close to 9pm in a over flow room. Service was really bad, one young kid that was really trying without seemingly the support of a manager. I’ve watched the decline of this restaurant-sorry to see it, I had some great experiences/food here.

Food was delicious Service was horrible. We were seated for 2 hours for dinner. Absurd went without water and waited on a glass of wine for 20 Minutes
