Dunkin' - Greensburg

Website says they open at 5, yet was still waiting for the next 10 minutes for anyone to get there. I placed a mobile order which was taken out of my bank account. I pull through the drive through and they said they didn’t have a mobile order under my name. I showed them where money had been taken out for my order and they told me to call my bank and slammed window shut in my face. Horrible customer service. Horrible attitudes.

Their tea smells, probably it’s old tea. I returned. Service is so rude and non-professional.

The man woman that run this location weekday mornings are rude without a single care. Both of my experiences here have NOT been pleasant ones. Yesterday I asked for a matcha iced latte with whipped cream a sprinkle of matcha on top (just as I always order at every single other Dunkin 's weekly)... the woman told me, no. I will not do that. No matcha on top. I was actually stunned. So I just said nevermind on the whipped cream. 50 cents for whip cream? The man at the window did not say a single word to me. Only held his hand out for payment. No smile. I will never be back when I 'm in town working.

The drinks were good, but the staff was inattentive and more concerned to look at their phones instead of making sure they handed out straws to drink the coffees with. Good thing my ride share had extra straws in her purse lmfao. Cashier just took the card, handed the drink, returned the card and then slammed the window shut before we had time to ask for straws. Went straight to his phone sitting next to the register and then walked off. I was kind enough to tell him that his pants were unzipped.Anyways, if you're not a people person, or just don't mind a stand offish environment, then here are the good key points about this Dunkin's location. The coffee was actually really good compared to other locations, and the service was ALOT faster than other locations around these parts.

No donuts? Like it's in your name but 10 am and not a single donut to be found. Out of other stuff too.
