Absolutely love this restaurant, amazing food, great atmosphere. And Hans is one of the best people you could meet, always working hard and very friendly.

Delicious brisket serves in an unusual way. I ordered Brisket Pony and Cheese Grotten. The briskete was served on a bed of freshly made boiler chips with the gigantic grill sauce and a smoky sauce with grated cheese upstairs, which I thought was a strange combination but it worked. The brisket was very tasteful and smokey and it played well with the chips sauce and cheese. I would like to have served the dish a little warmer so that the cheese would have melted a little, but it was still tasty. The cheesy grottos had a slight kick to them and lived up to their name. A decent meal and a very reasonable price. Oh, the homemade chocolate chip cookie didn't make it a car as I hoped. If I'm in the area, I'll probably visit this facility again.

I'm here twice, once in the old place and once in the new one. Last night I ordered a small pulled pork sandwich it was quite big and very tasty! I really like the sauces and will definitely return. Oh, the cookies are also really good!

Carriage On The Square Smokehouse is quick to our favorite restaurant. The food is amazing! I have a few favorites on their menu, it's hard to select just one. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I can't recommend it enough. If you're thinking about trying them out, go now! You disappeared!

You won't find better BBQ around. The wings and ribs are top notch.
