Wendy's - Greensboro

The food is what’s to expected from Wendy’s, same with the service. The issue is the lighting. They keep the outside lights off at night. It’s so dark they look closed. I’m not sure how they don’t see how big of safety issue this is. If a customer is hurt, you would be liable.

The workers at this location don’t care about their job or the customers that come there. I’m highly disappointed and disgusted in the service that I received. Please train your employees better before you lose all of your customers

I wanted to give this 3 or 4 stars, but I can't based on multiple recent visits that resulted in eating a cold meal with old food. Anytime after dark, it seems this restaurant basically wants to look like it's closed, confirmed by other reviews. All the signs are off and even the drive-thru menu is completely dark. It's ridiculous and has been this way for months, at least. 1-2 hours before close I've received meals that were cold, especially the burger. Getting closer to lunch or early dinner time, the fries are still seldom fresh. I have to mention I think the service is good, but part of that is because not many people show up because the lights are off. This place screams poor management. Do yourself a favor and drive to another Wendy's, especially at night.

It says they're open till 1 am but here it is at 1130pm and all their signs are off. Not the first time I've seen the lights of way earlier than they are supposed to
