Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Greensboro

I absolutely love Sunrise Sunset at the Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but I've also enjoyed Jetty Punch Strawberry Banana, Blimey Limey Pomegranate, Banana, Cranberry Strawberries, and Blueberry Bliss Blueberries, Strawberries, Banana. The Chipotle Chicken Club is decent for a smoothie shop. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Just be aware that they use Doordash for deliveries, and there have been a few instances where my smoothie was missing from the order. Overall, the Tropical Smoothie Cafe here is consistently good.

I never saw a crew with so much youth, but so little clear didn't want to be at work zombie vibes. This bad energy runs on ppl I hope they have a better day.

This is our third and final time coming to this location because the service is always bad. I normally drive to the location in High Point even though this one is closer to my home because the service sucks. They never fill our smoothie cups up, the below pics is what I paid for with the exception of the lid not being on my daughters avocolada and spilling on the car after it popped off and the location didn?t have any napkins, wasn?t apologetic and didn?t have our sandwiches ready even with 9 and I counted an entire 9 employees behind the counter. The server was rude when I asked for a lid to replace the one that fell off and didn?t even say a word in response or have a good day. I am so disappointed.

Big fan. The smoothies are consistent and tasty, and the service is always fast and friendly.

Do not order for delivery here! You're kidding every SINGLE ORDER! You have to be there personally to make it right and then even make it right. Customer service there is TERRIBLE! I don't understand why a facility with good quality food has so little quality people work! Better!
