I haven't been to a Subway in about a year and was eager to try their new subs. On 8/16, I visited Subway store number 29182 on Spring Garden Street in Greensboro, North Carolina. My sub was perfect - it was neatly made, tasted great, and I really enjoyed it. Fast food restaurants can be hit or miss, but I will definitely give this Subway another try. Despite being the last customer during the lunch rush, the sandwich was still very good. The clerk was working alone during lunch (worker's name unknown). I would give this location 4 stars for their great service and tasty sub.

The staff at Spring Garden Street are not professional. My sandwich was poorly made and wrapped like a blunt. The service was bad.

This restaurant will swindle you out of your money. If you place an online order, they will cancel it and keep your money. They do not accurately post their operating hours and never open when they are supposed to. The franchise is absolute garbage, and the owner is untrustworthy. The restaurant likely has health violations and is poorly run.

The person making the sandwich was truly outstanding! They were personable, professional, and friendly, and you could tell they put a lot of care into each sub they made. My grandkids loved the sandwich and said it was delicious - apparently "bussin" is 2021 kid slang for that! #springgarden
