On a positive note, the waitstaff was excellent—very accommodating and friendly, which was definitely a highlight of our visit. The food was good overall, though the steaks were a bit on the salty side and overcooked. The crème brûlée was particularly disappointing; the new format sacrifices the fresh, warm texture for a refrigerated version topped with a crisp sugar crust. Overall, we can't say that we're eager to return anytime soon.
Absolutely the best Anniversary dinner, Jake our waiter was Amazing he was the best server I have had in years. I recommend requesting him on your visit. The Managers and staff were great as well. Paid attention to detail and our 4 year anniversary. They made us feel special.
Jake is an amazing waiter/server! We visited on Mother’s Day which was also my birthday. My cousin Josh frequently dines here, and suggested Jake personally. I usually visit ones out of town and have only been to this location 2-3 times. All other experiences were good as well, but Jake made this experience great. He checked on us often and recommended a great virgin drink, as I could not decide. We loved the food and the atmosphere too.
I have always wanted to visit Ruth 's Chris Steak House for the longest! I finally visited and received the experience of a lifetime! I took my significant other there for his birthday. It was his first time here also. When I first walked in I was captivated by the beauty of the restaurant. So elegant!! Also, I am real big on customer service and this establishment delivered. From the front of the house, our server Justin, and Ian who was the manager. Justin was knowledgeable about the menu and recommended items to try. He was professional and had a great attitude. His uniform was clean and nice. The manager Ian walked around making sure everything was ok. This blew my mind because many managers just try to manage others from the back of the house. They established rapport by giving their names. I like to know who my server is first instead of the usual What would you like to drink? With no greeting) The food was spectacular from what I tried. They pride themselves on delivering Hot food. They have homemade dressings for the salad. I loved the complimentary bread and butter. Let me mention before I forget that they pay attention to notes made during the reservation I made. They knew that I was there celebrating a birthday. Justin acknowledged that at the beginning. They brought out a lovely artistic cheesecake with his name on it at the end. It 's probably a lot more that I could say but will wrap it up by saying that I will be returning because of the hospitality shown by the staff. I felt valued as a customer. My only criticism is that there were too many dishes with garlic in them. I am not a fan of garlic so I was limited in my selection. Maybe garlic butter or garlic salt should be an option on the side. Nevertheless, like I mentioned before, I will be back. I have already started recommending this establishment to others. I already know what I am going to try next time. Great job to you all because of your commitment to deliver that WOW experience! A company who finally gets it when it comes down to customer service and the fact that I could have chosen any place to eat, but chose that company.
