Przekaż informację zwrotnąI initially wanted a caramel latte, but the hot coffee machine was not working. I ended up getting an iced caramel latte instead. It was absolutely delicious! What a pleasant surprise. The young lady who served us, though I do not know her name, was fantastic!
I haven't been to Panera in a few years (pre-pandemic) so I was curious to see how the menu had changed. While some of my old favorites were still available, the menu structure was different. I tried the flatbread pizza, which was good but a bit dry, needing more sauce. It was generously topped though. The "you pick 2" option on the menu allows you to choose two items a la carte, each priced slightly below the cost of a single entree. However, the total cost for a combo meal ends up being quite high, around $14, which I found to be a bit pricey.
Panera is a wonderful spot for lunch or dinner outings with friends and family. They offer a variety of healthy choices for both adults and children. My siblings and I had a fantastic time with our kids, but it did seem like the staff were a bit annoyed with customers. However, since it was later in the evening and Panera is a self-service restaurant, it didn't really impact our experience.
The food was good. Person at the register was very welcoming, and the people preparing the food were working hard. I enjoyed the food and all interactions. It all goes down hill after you get your food. They clearly had been busy at some point, because every table still had food remnants on them. Nothing had been wiped down. The place where dishes go was overflowing and awkwardly stacked. Keep in mind this was around 3:30 in the afternoon and there was maybe 2 other customers. But tables all had crumbs or soup splash on them, dirty dishes hanging on for dear life, and lids for cups were all over the place.
We love your location, have been coming there forever, usually a 5 star place. But since covid19, your dining room has been subpar. Most tables are dirty when we come in now. Many chairs and booths dirty or torn and need replacing and there as mold around the vents. Also, we told an employee that two coffee urns were empty and she said she couldn't find the manager. I would assume brewing coffee is the staff responsibility, not the managers. Please step it up, and we will continue to come there.
