One standout aspect of their service is how they serve dishes as they’re ready, rather than waiting for all meals to be prepared at once. This unique approach made everything feel fresh and added an exciting element to our meal. The appetizers were so delicious that we completely forgot to take any photos before we dug in. The cauliflower was absolutely fantastic, and the truffle fries were flawless. The highlight of our meal was the Hiramasa fish special served with lemon risotto; its flavor profile was extraordinary and left my taste buds elated. The drinks were exceptional as well, crafted with handmade ingredients that created delightful combinations I had never encountered before. Out of the several cocktails we tried, the Pear Cocktail was my favorite—it was simply amazing. While Gia leans towards the upscale and can be a bit pricey, it is truly worth every cent. The exceptional food, unique drinks, and impeccable service made for an unforgettable evening. We will definitely be returning!

The food was enjoyable, though the only dish I sampled was the truffle fries. You can’t go wrong with a generous bowl of fries to share, and these were ideal for that purpose. The espresso martini was fantastic and my favorite drink so far. I also tried the margarita, which was great, but I’ve had better elsewhere. The service was outstanding; our server was very attentive and prompt. I truly appreciated the dim lighting, which creates a lovely atmosphere for a date night. The heavy curtains also contribute to the beautiful décor and dark ambiance, making it feel wonderfully romantic!

We started with cocktails, which we both thought were great, and then decided to share some plates for our meal. My boyfriend adored the cavatelli, but I found the glaze a bit overpowering and too peanuty for my taste. The eggplant was delightful, especially with the honey drizzle, which was a unique touch. You can't go wrong with sliders, and this dish was probably our favorite of the night. We also decided to try octopus, which was a new experience for us; while it wasn’t our top choice, I’m glad we gave it a shot! Service was excellent, with no complaints at all. As a special treat for our anniversary, they offered us a complimentary dessert from the menu. I chose the limoncello cake, and it was absolutely delicious—I could easily eat that every week! GIA’s motto is "drink, eat, listen," but I found the "listen" aspect lacking. I was hoping for some live music or a unique musical experience, and that part didn’t quite meet my expectations. Despite that, I would definitely recommend GIA!

The prosciutto and arugula pizza is delicious! The servers are very nice, and the restaurant is beautiful! One thing, make sure you check that the coffee is fresh.

This place has my heart. Love the ambiance!! The people that work here are amazing. And the food, is absolutely delicious. We love sitting at the bar, and watching all the craft cocktails be made. Sunday Brunch is the best. The menu selection is diverse with breakfast items and non breakfast items. It's hard to decide. I recommend sharing plates. One of my Greensboro favorites!!
