Kobe Grill - Greensboro

I visit Kobe Grill at least three times a month. It's my favorite hibachi restaurant in Greensboro. The prices are great for the portion sizes. However, as a regular customer, I have experienced some accidents during my visits. One day, I found a foreign object in my plate, which felt like a piece of brillo pad. I assumed it happened during the cleaning of the grill and was not noticed. I brushed it off and continued to come back. But a few weeks later, I discovered a long piece of hair in my food. This was not the first time I found something in my food, and I was quite annoyed. I hope the kitchen staff can be more careful in the future. Despite being refunded by Doordash, I have not returned since. Accidents can happen, but this was not the first instance.

Unfortunately, this will be the final visit to Kobe for us. The restaurant used to be good, but it seems that is no longer the case. The protein portion sizes are now very small, which was a big disappointment. The steak was dry and tough as well. There seems to be some issue affecting the overall quality of the food. This was our first and final time ordering from Kobe Grill tonight. My wife ordered the hibachi filet mignon, but what we received was definitely not filet mignon. The dish was overcooked and as chewy as rubber. We were very disappointed with our meal.

Lunch special is easily the best in town, supreme bang for your buck! Food is prepared on the spot so always fresh and hot off the grill! I had the shrimp and zucchini lunch special and it was perfect!Food: 5/5

Every time I go here it’s something first time the heavier guy was mopping than went straight to cooking, without washing his hands the other cook had gloves on but came to lock door than went straight back to cooking, tonight I placed an phone order came to pick it up waited a while finally got order left for them to call me back to tell me they forgot to add the chicken and could I come come back nobody apologized for the inconvenience but the young black lady
