Przekaż informację zwrotnąOur visit was disappointing from the beginning when we learned the menu had changed, and it had dramatically but the online version had not changed. One appetizer had a very small portion but was priced high. Two of the drinks from the bar were only full in their glasses. New full drinks were provided and we weren't charged for them. For people who aren't particularly picky, our menu selections were a process of elimination. Menu was not appealing to most of us. Two of us became ill with stomach aches later that night and the next day. I had the roasted carrot salad and my friend had the duck which was very rare. Both tasted OK but we were the ones who were sick. Our server brought the check to our table before we were finished with our meal. She apologized and came back at a later, more appropriate time. There were very few patrons while we were there and none when we left around In speaking with friends since our visit, there are not many compliments about the restaurant and that is disappointing because we liked the restaurant a lot before the chef and menu changes.
Will NEVER return to this restaurant!!! It was absolutely the WORSE food and service we ever received. Food being brought to our table over an HOUR later, drinks brought to the table after minutes, food being dropped to the floor and placed back on the plate and brought to our table. What is even worse is that from the Manager down to DIFFERENT servers kept apologizing the DELAY in the food getting to the table, and the POOR service we were getting. Why keep apologizing??? FIX the issues!!! Even charged us for a Sprite that NEVER came to the table.
They changed the menu but didnât have their website updated. The choices on the new menu where very different and nothing I would like. Very disappointed when I did my research before hand but find out nothing I was planning to order was on the menu.
The worst brunch Iâve ever had. Service was awful and the food was not much better
It was a comedy of errors. Food was adequate once we took care of the mistakes. We got most of our food, just not necessarily on the right plates. We took care of that ourselves coz service was so bad we were afraid we'd never see our food again! Place was pretty much empty when we got there at but we still sat and looked at our mimosas get warm and ther ice melt in our **** marys on the bar. Got up to get them ourselves but a waiter did intervene. Stopped to get coffee afterwards because we all agreed theirs was not drinkable. We were a party of seating and service might be better for a party of Nothing to rush back for. We did have a good time because it was so comically bad. We asked the waiter if the place was new (we were just visiting for the weekend). We assumed this was their first or second time serving. Nope; they've evidently been there over a year.
