The blonde girl and the short Hispanic girl were very nice and welcoming. Awesome donuts! Was waiting for the key lime to come back it?s so delicious. Definitely recommend.

I woke donuts today and in Greensboro, which usually means KK, but only when the lights are on. Today I cracked a real donut as if I would make it home from scratch. And so it was Duck Donuts. Presentation speaks volume and they knocked it out of the park. Try if you have to ask, then you? ve never had real donuts, because these things are delicious. The staff was very pleasant and the business was clean. I put my order in the store and waited 5-7mins to be ready for my MTO. I experienced excellent customer service during the patronage of this business so when these Donut desire hits during the business hours give Duck Donuts an attempt!

Not super friendly when asked questions, no one seemed to find something about the vegan part of the menu or able to find the vegan menu. It was all guessed work (shoulder shrugs), which is not very professional to guess or just say yes if your products vegan friendly or not. I was in the chattanooga location and had the best experience, this not so much from the overall appearance to the employees, definitely not back.

I paid for 2 valentines boxes. I also upgraded to have the candied roses added to each donut. They did not add the candied roses. I did not see until I got home because they were sealed up. I emailed customer service to contact me about the issue, but they never responded. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Freshly made when you order! Still warm when I came home with them. Great place to get donuts!
