Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Greensboro

The customer service was lacking. When we ordered dipped cones, the ice cream ran out in the cones, but they still gave them to us. We also ordered a vanilla shake for our grandson, which unfortunately contained peanut pieces, and our grandson is allergic to peanuts. When we returned to address the issue, the manager suggested we let them know next time we go through the drive-thru so they could clean the mixer. There definitely won't be a next time!

No working AC. Horrible service. Had to ask for napkins? hot mess!!! I wish I had driven back to Greensboro and got my dinner at that DQ! Owner/manager should be ashamed!

I would have given this place a five-star rating, but the staff at the front seemed really unhappy. I understand that every job can be tough; I wouldn’t want to work either. However, I don’t think it’s fair to let that mood affect how you treat others. On the bright side, the food was definitely enjoyable!

My husband and I went to Dairy Queen today, and the restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas. All the staff members were professional, friendly, and courteous. The owner and his wife even came over to our table to check on us and ask about our day. The store was clean and well-stocked. I truly appreciate good service during these times. This has become my new favorite restaurant!

I rarely eat fast food. Granddaughter was starving after school so I caved. I ordered myself a hotdog. With mayo, mustard, catsup and slaw. My ticket says I paid .59 cents for that slaw! I got home with a hotdog with mustard, mayo, onions (I did NOTorder onions) and a wide swath of mayo squirted all the way across the top which, along with the onions, made it inedible. NOSLAW. I did ask if you had slaw. You said yes. Mayo and onions are NOT Slaw! Wasted money.
