Cook Out - Greensboro

My husband and I had just come from a concert at the coliseum and were in dire need of food afterward. We arrived around 11 PM and I was genuinely impressed by the young lady at the register. She was incredibly friendly and attentive. Even while they were closing up, she took the time to check on us, asking if everything was okay and which door we should use to exit. There was also a large family dining there, and she made sure to ask if they needed anything as well. I was really grateful for the late-night food and her kindness—it’s something you don’t see often these days, and it really stuck with me. She was wearing an Aggies homecoming shirt, and I think Cookout should definitely give her a raise! The food was fresh and delicious too.

The cookout food is so good. The burgers The pull pork sandwiches with the coleslaw and hot sauce on it. The Cajun fries, not to forget about the delicious thick milkshakes. Everything about this place is good. I wish Cookout was in Ohio. I would go all the time. Everytime I'm in the south I go to Cookout.

The restaurant needs to improve on serving drinks and shakes quickly and ensuring the lids are secured properly. There should be more attention to cleanliness when handing customers their food and drinks.

I had my first experience at this restaurant, and it was fantastic! The food was delicious and reasonably priced for families. This will definitely be my new go-to spot for a quick bite!
