Cook Out - Greensboro

After a short wait, I received my food and left, hopeful that things would improve. Unfortunately, when I unwrapped my burger, it was squished and falling apart. The corn dog was overcooked, and the fries were the only redeeming aspect of the meal. I was hoping that the Coke would salvage my experience, but it was disappointingly watered down and didn’t taste like the regular Coke I usually enjoy from Cookout. I left feeling highly dissatisfied and regretting how I spent my lunch hour and money on such subpar food. Do yourself a favor and choose the Cookout on Battleground or opt for another restaurant entirely.

The Summit Avenue location has the worst customer service. The food is often just thrown into the bag, and more often than not, it looks like it was assembled or wrapped by a blind two-year-old. I always check my order before leaving the drive-thru to ensure it's correct because, unfortunately, it frequently isn't—NOT COOL!!! Most of the time, I'm ordering for someone else, and I refuse to bring them a poorly presented meal. Just because it's fast food doesn't mean it can't be served with a sense of pride—both in attitude and presentation. Honestly!

I stopped by this place around 2:20 AM on a Saturday night after leaving Limelight. There was a long line at the drive-thru, so I thought walking in to order would be faster, but I’m not sure it was. I had a few people ahead of me and didn’t place my order until 2:30 AM. I ordered a large double burger cookout tray with Cajun fries, hush puppies, and sweet tea. I got my drink right after I ordered, but it was pretty cold outside, so I went to my car to wait. There were two people in front of me who had placed their orders but hadn’t received their food yet, so I just watched and waited for them to get theirs before checking on mine. The wait wasn’t very long, and my food was fresh when I got it. I ate some on the way home, but I got really sleepy and couldn’t finish it. I ended up eating most of it, except for the burger, which I saved for the next day. Everything was good, and I have no real complaints.

It's usually pretty good. Often the things are wrong on our orders, but nothing that drives us away. eating is presented quite well and no catastrophe in the dishes. The shakes are great. everyone seems to be done with the work there, but is not rude. they are always muded. it is a decent cook out to go. food: 3/5

I have a large double-burger cooktop with Cajun-Fries, cuddly puppies and sweet tee. I got my drink after I ordered it. it was cold outside, so I went to my car to wait. there were 2 people in front of me who had ordered and hadn't been eating her yet, so I just looked out and waited for her to get her to eat before I went to mine. that was not very long. my food was fresh. I ate some of them on the way home. I was really sleepy and didn't finish it. I've eaten the most, except the burger I've eaten the next day. it was all good. no real complaining.
