City Barbeque - Greensboro

After trying to place our takeout order online to no avail, nonstop circling of menu over and over, we made our choices only to be given them repeatedly on loop, we had to call it in finally after 5 circles of their site. We went to pick up curbside, could not find the parking! Had to call to find out its on the side, not in front. Whatever. Food brought home was cold and dry, we live 10 minutes away. Heated up our food in microwave. Chicken is dry, we got thighs and legs. Brisket okay, not dry. Liked the pulled pork. Ribs were fair, a little dry and 1 was more than enough. Side of beans was good. Mac n Cheese dry, good flavor. We also got a side of the banana pudding YUCK. Its riddled with cinnamon and its gritty, tastes like instant pudding. Meal was ok would not go back. There are much better choices such as the place in Jamestown.

Thai is the third time that I have been to your establishment and your workers were verbally abused. I have tried calling the store to let me complaint be know . I went through the drive thru and the young lady with black and burgundy hair was so respectful and nice she asked me to park because I was waiting on my peach cobbler I had no problem but the car behind me was being so rude and speaking very outrageous to that young lady . I know you guys do not pay your employees enough to be treated that way . To the young lady with the black and burgundy hair please keep up the good work and don’t let nothing like that hinder you from moving forward remember you only have to deal with a outrageous person for a short period of time then move on to the next . Thank you guys the food was delicious and I will be back

I hit up this place every time I visit Greensboro, love this place and the food is great ?

The lady was rushing me at the speaker which I never been there before so I was trying to review the menu first and then she made me wait at the window longer. Definitely won't be spending 43 dollars at that place again.

I ordered curbside takout. I waited 10 mintutes in the car after notifying them I was there in the app. So I went inside to get my food, it was just in there sitting on the counter. I had to remind them I got a drink. The receipt stapled to the bag even says curbside and the make of my car in huge letters lol. Anyway, when i got home it was mostly cold. Pretty horrible experience
