I arrived at 9:00 a.m. and came to the snake to order a burrito for my wife, the last minute said she wanted to lunch tomorrow. I thought my mobile job would wait for me after I paid for the extra job. to my surprise, my order was not ready on the rule around 9:10 clock, 20min after the original order pickup time. I was told that my order had to be restored because of a mistake. When I stood there, I saw 5 separate mobile app orders were completed before mine was mine. then when I came home, I am not even a quarter through the burrito before I noticed that there was absolutely doused in red tamatillo sauce when I asked for light and there was hardly any acidic seeing than the normal amount. I couldn't finish the burrito. very disappointed if I always have a great experience in this place. very disappointing experience tonight.
I received food through an online order from this location and the food was disgusting. The rice was a mixture of hard and mash. The meat texture was slimy. I will never eat at this location again. Please look at these reviews do not eat at this location you will regret it!!!!!
Terrible experience here. The workers do not follow food safety guidelines. They have messed up orders multiple times, especially when ordering online. I will not be going back to this location, which is a shame because it’s so close to campus. It’s not worth getting sick again from this place. ?
Very disrespectful employee treated me as though I were stupid and owed her something for there mistake. She was very careless when putting ingredients in the bowl as well as dropping bowl in bag instead of placing carefully. The order was a remake from Saturday night as both were in a state of confusion.
Placed a delivery order through the website. Ordered a Veggie bowl and got NO VEGGIES ? it was just rice, guac, cheese and sour cream. We had also ordered a water bottle and a Black tea. They forgot the water bottle and somehow they gave us a lemonade instead of the black tea. ? tried to call the store and it said we had to click on “Need Help” in the confirmation email we received. I was then directed to a computer texting bot and had to go back and forth with it until being offered a free chips and queso for our next order.
