Typical Greensboro service experience. The nastiest, rudest people imaginable, doing the worst possible job they can.
Dining in? Forget about as service is SLOW. Basically they are way understaffed. With no one in line, it takes about 15 minutes to order and get your food. In a rush, go elsewhere. Sad to put it this way because this is a super nice location.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.
Today was my second visit at this Burger King location and my family and I have had nothing but the best and most pleasant experience.Armando is super patient, kind and sweet! It doesn’t matter if it is during their peak time or non-peak time, Armando is by far the most even-tempered and most respectful fast food associate I’ve had the pleasure in meeting.His customer service is an A !! Why did I give him this rating you ask? Because when we needed a few minutes to decide on our order, he politely told us to take our time and he did not rush us or our process by coming back on to ask if we were ready yet. He was attentive to us as we ordered and served us at the checkout window with a smile and a “Have a good day!”Based on our positive experiences and Armando’s A service, each time I’m in Greensboro, which is often, I’ll be sure to visit this BK location!! Thank you Armando for being you!! It’s much appreciated!
As good as the food usually is, the dine-in section is NEVER open and they don’t have a sign telling you that it’s closed. So the line is usually wrapped around and when you finally do get to the window to order you have to wait another 5 min to do that.
