Arby's - Greensboro

I understand that there was a shortage of staff, but I had to ask twice for my order and for my mother's as well. In the end, we did receive what we had ordered, but there was some confusion and we had to go to the window because the inside was closed due to the staff shortage.

The restaurant has a small menu, but the lemonade was delicious. The staff was friendly, but there weren't many options to choose from.

I have noticed a decline in the quality of your food since my last visit. I recently returned from a surgical procedure and was looking forward to a delicious meal, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. My husband and I ordered the brisket combination and were unimpressed. The sandwiches were stale and the cheese sauce was dry and white, not the usual melting consistency. The meat in some portions was so dry that it was practically inedible. This experience was unexpected and disappointing.

I ordered the fish sandwich and found it to be quite good for a fast food restaurant, especially when served hot and fresh. I can only give it 3 stars though, as they are stingy with the tartar sauce. Thankfully, I had some at home to use instead.

I recently tried the new wagyu beef burger at this restaurant. Personally, I would rate it a 7 out of 10, however my wife loved it and gave it a perfect score. The burger tasted good overall, but I felt that the sauce and cheese were a bit overpowering and took away from the flavor of the beef patty.
