That was a great arbys. ordered 2 phillies and my quality it was hot and excellent! orderly curly and spun-liked pommes and my wife and love both...perfect crispy ess. prawan in the window was beautiful and had a great attitude and endless smile. we look forward to going back there!
The website says arbys opens at 10 it is now 10:09. I'm out with those people who looked at me like they're wondering what I was waiting for. 10 minutes later they finally come out and say that they don’t open the dining room until 11th of all places I was in arby’s is the only one that changes their plans as they work without having a sign outside that let customers know what’s going on. I mean, especially when someone is hangry, is it really so hard to put a sign when the customer comes, can it see? the one thing that stops me from giving him one or two stars is that the employee is courteous and a smile apologising that they have no kind of annunciation at the front.
My food ordered online, there is no online order. the run around and finally reordered personally. try to cancel the online order, no option for it. I tried to get my lunch I had paid just to find that I didn't go in the drive through I must go in to collect it. that's a stupid plan from the word. I will order online for convenience, but have to park and go. whatever I go back, park and. the doors closed at 2 on the afternoon. I paid $28 both times, so my meal cost me $56 and I just got half of it. the customer service is a sweat and has not responded to the hell with it. I liked her to eat, but it's not worth $50 and be treated as if I don't roll.
The drive-thru employee was unable to multitask. I waited at the order screen for 3-4 minutes with no communication and a blank order screen. When I pulled up to the front to order, the employee said they couldn't take my order because they were helping someone at their window and told me I would have to drive back around.
