Poblano's Friendly Center

Our server Ryan was Fantastic, he consistently checked in with us about our food and drinks. showed compassion about our toddler by being a drink without asking. The food is always top tier. We always come back for the drinks and fajitas.

Poblanos used to be great. The manager got to know the regulars and would come by and say hi. The restaurant was buzzing with people and energy. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly. Those days are long gone. The last few times we went neither the hostesses or wait staff was the same. The food was really terrible... dry and tasteless. We only went back because we were shopping nearby and thought we'd give it another chance. I ended up having the most tasteless Mexican food ever and what prompted this review was that my wife has been sick with food poisoning for two days. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to go and experience it for themselves. Just sit down and try eating your own food and decide if you're going to either close shop and let someone else give it a go, or get your act together so that we can have a good Mexican restaurant again at Friendly Center.

Service from eli was amazing, i will come back again

Excellent food and service! Our server was on his first night and Vlad was perfect! That speaks to the care the msnagers have for their employees to make sure they are trained well! The could not be best either!

We had great service at our most recent visit to eat dinner here. They have a huge selection of margaritas and a wide variety of menu items. I had the carnitas and it came with tons of food. The best part was the wait staff. They were very attentive and didn’t forget a thing that we asked. I would like to see some more authentic items make it to the menu and also some more creative menu items. Great job with the drinks tho! Kid-friendliness: The waiter was very friendly to our daughter and brought her a kid cup without request.
