Crooked Tail Cat Cafe

This place is absolutely amazing and the coffee is delicious

Good drinks at the cafe followed up by a fun room full of cats!

We were looking forward to coming to the cafe. My daughter just loves cats and raved about this place. So we arrived 15 minutes before opening and were second in line waiting for the cafe to open. They had one sign posted. As soon as it was opening time, a rude lady, who did not bother to acknowledge us nor the couple who were in front of us waiting for 20 minutes, came out and said I can let those with reservations in. Then flipped a sign. Needless to say it left a bad impression of the cafe. I guess a welcoming smile with an apology how they were completely full is not in their customer service guidelines? The website says recommended not mandatory!!! They should say no walk-ins reservations only during the busy seasons such as summer. Luckily, we don’t live here so we never have to see her face and such disdain. If you don’t want to work then don’t or hire others who are happy and bubbly. With an attitude like that I rather donate money to another place who truly believes in compassion and kindness.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cats were adorable and well mannered too. The atmosphere was very chill and inviting. Not too crowded and perfect for a hot day.
