The quality and taste of the food have declined since the original owner retired, while prices have increased. I'm really disappointed.

Absolutely disappointing! It was my first visit, and definitely my last. The person taking my order boasted that they’re famous for their burgers. If that’s the case, I’d hate to think about how anything else on the menu tastes! I ordered two double cheeseburgers and a large fry, but what I received were two overcooked single cheeseburgers. The lettuce looked like it had been past its prime for weeks. The fries were mostly soggy, except for the few that were undercooked in the middle! I might as well have thrown my $17 in the trash, just like I did with their food! I waited around 30 minutes for this mess, and there were only two other customers ahead of me. With such a long wait, you’d think the fries would have finished cooking... ridiculous! Look for something better to eat in Greenfield; you’ll be much happier!

The burgers here are exceptional. Yes, there is a wait while they prepare your meal, but that's to be expected. I just came from California, where food is often served in three minutes, but that usually means it’s not fully cooked—just warmed up. That's the nature of fast food, after all.
