Przekaż informację zwrotnąI should have realized something was off when we ordered; they said our deep dish would be ready for pickup in just 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the crust was heavily burnt. When we returned it, the staff member informed us that this was normal. They offered to remake it or let us choose something else. We opted for a regular crust instead, and I was supposed to receive a credit for the price difference, but that never happened. The new pizza looked better, but I definitely won't be returning.
I stopped by for a family lunch, and I found the restaurant to be quite clean. Even though it wasn't busy, we had to wait a bit to be seated due to some confusion about who would handle our seating. Once we were finally seated, the waitress was attentive and provided good service. Our drinks and appetizers arrived quickly and were delicious. The two pizzas we ordered also came out promptly and were really tasty. While I wouldn't make a special trip to Greenfield just for this Chicago's location, I would definitely go back if I happened to be in the area!
I have been dining at this restaurant for over 25 years, and I've enjoyed some fantastic pies here, with only a handful of disappointing experiences. I especially love their deep-dish pizza, and the staff is consistently friendly!
I’m one of the few people happy to see the buffet gone. With cost up and the lingering memory of COVID, buffets just don’t work in 2023 for the restaurant. The bar was fun- I’m not a drinker but the variety was very good. SERVERS ARE BACK!! *open the heavens and shout hallelujah* I have never been personally so happy to see the “Please wait to be seated” sign. Emily was fantastic. The whole experience was great. We will be back. Thank you! PS best ranch dressing in the world. If I could bathe in it I wouldn’t because that would be wrong and creepy but you get my point
First time visiting. Staff was friendly, place was clean and service was spot on. Drinks were all ways kept filled. We ordered a two topping deep dish bread sticks and hot wings. Pizza is probably the best in greenfield, bread sticks were hot soft and tasty. The hot wings had a good flavor but looked and had a texture like they were baked instead of being fried and tossed in sauce. That would be my only complaint regarding the trip and one I have with just about every place I visit that servers wings in the Midwest. Got to fry those bad boys or at least double bake them to get a somewhat crispy skin, then toss them in sauce. All and all my family will return for family pizza night except for me I don’t like pizza
