Longhorn Steakhouse - Greendale

4/5 stars. The experience can be nostalgic, depending on the time of day. The asparagus wasn't fully cooked, unlike the Brussels sprouts, which were perfect. The Long Island Iced Tea was a bit on the weak side, but overall, it's a place that offers good value for your money.

We waited about 10 minutes due to some adjustment issues, but it wasn't a big deal. The manager provided us with excellent service. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive, especially when I requested 5 butter packets for each person in our party. Once again, the service was fantastic, and the food was exceptional as always! Additionally, it's a great bonus that South Ridge Mall is just behind the restaurant, with plenty of other shops to explore! Longhorn, you never fail to impress us!

Good time. Great accommodation. Steak left more to wish. The ordered medium was well done. Was also more on the burned side than carburized. But the wings were great. Funny to say about a steak place. Could have been easy due to the size of the party, but not really because there were not many people there. either enjoyed the time with the family

Longhorn refuses to sit people for reservations unless every member of your party is present when the reservation is to begin. The hostess was incredibly rude, and the waiting staff, which did not say to follow him because he wanted to set up the table, only put menus on the table, no silverware no water glasses no napkins, nothing but menus. How is this a setup table? Our waitress on the other side was wonderful. She was very attentive, explained everything she went, and was tired when you complete a request. Unfortunately, we had people in our group who would not stop talking and hearing what the staff told them, and so they missed explanations and began to complain and make comments when they had no justification. Our food was delivered at a nice pace to our table, and the salads were very pleasant with actually diced tomatoes instead of huge wedges, in addition to a real salad against a tiny plate with a few salad leaves a tomato wedge and rings of red onion. Another unfortunate thing was that I got my steak and it was boiled completely wrong. I ordered my steak medium and got a steak that I had to say that was not even cooked rarely. I have to say that, since every other steak was perfectly cooked at the table, this was more a mistake, what table the steak was brought to an error in how the steak was cooked. They replaced my steak and actually my potato that she immediately broke out so I had something to eat while waiting for my steak to be back. The second steak that was brought to me was perfectly cooked, another proof of my theory that it was only swapped with another table. I really want to give them five stars because the food was delicious and our waitress was wonderful. However, the bartender would disappear for a long time and there was only one so wait, just order a drink while we waited for our table for 20 minutes. In addition, the hostess' rudeness and the strange situation with the child who should set up the table holds me only four stars. If these things are fixed, there would definitely be a five-star location.

I went around 4pm and sat at the bar. I didn’t get too much service at all. The bartender ordered my drink and food after ten minutes. Never got a eater or my area wiped down. I had the ny strip with mac and cheese, loaded potato, ceasar side salad and two texas margaritas. The salad and dressing were very tasty. The mac was cheesy, flavorful and seasoned well. The potato was a bit dry. Needed butter and more sour cream. It wasn’t seasoned at all. The ny strip. Oh My Gosh!! Delicious and cooked to perfection. Perfect!! So much flavor. The Texas margarita for $5.99. If you are somewhat a lightweight like me, one will do. Two will have you ready to party and they are very tasty.
