Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This place is somewhat unorganized. I just picked up my order and it took two people to say they got my drink.

The food was good, but portions were not generous considering the price. The service was slow, and they also mistakenly gave us a bill that was lower than our actual total. We had to return to address the issue, and they were reluctant to correct it, as it seemed they had almost handed our receipt to another table. Make sure to double-check your bill before you leave!

I've seen ads for Zaxby, but there's no one in our area. I'm adapting the Zaxby to try. They have special, traditional wings with the choice of sauce. Crinkle Fries, Texas Toast, Ranch Sauce and a Soda. The wings are just fair.

As for the salad, I didn't get any blue cheese as promised, and when I started mixing it, I noticed a strange taste. The greens were so wilted that I couldn't even enjoy it. If I lived nearby, I might consider giving this restaurant another chance, but since I live in Boynton, I decided to call for a refund. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone. I picked up my food at 6:30 and called back at 7:30, only to have one of the managers, Renaldo, lie about the refund process. He couldn’t even specify how much I was owed and mentioned that the general manager was out of town and wouldn’t be back until next week. This was by far the worst experience I've had at any restaurant.

I went to this location with my friend and we received poor customer service. When we initially ordered our food, it never came. After about 25 minutes of waiting, my friend spoke to the manager and asked where?s our food. The manager claimed that the orders we put in was done an HOUR ago? (really?? Wow). Anyways, Of course my friend corrected them and told the manager we never got the food. Long story short: the manager claimed their own CLOCK was wrong, so that?s why we never got the food. To make amends, she gave us some free cookies (which tasted bad), after finally giving us our food. Plus, they got my friend?s order wrong. My friend and I drive for 45 minutes to finally eat at a Zaxby?s? just to realize we?ll never go back there again.
