Wendy's - Greenacres

I had a disappointing experience at the Wendy's located at Forest Hill and Jog Road (store number 2586). It's one of the worst fast food places I've been to. Even though it's usually empty in the morning, the service is incredibly slow, and the staff is quite rude. The coffee they serve is lukewarm, and when I politely requested a freshly brewed cup, they completely ignored me. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I enjoyed a fantastic baked potato that was huge and generously loaded with cheese, crispy bacon, and sour cream. The refillable coffee was a great bonus too! It would have been even better with broccoli, but I opted to skip it this time. Everything was absolutely delicious!

Every Friday at 9 a.m., I used to stop by Wendy's to grab a combo number 3, but I really miss those days!

On that day, the restaurant was relaxed and not too busy, which made for an enjoyable experience. The cashier greeted me with a smile, which I really appreciated. Good customer service makes a big difference!

I love my neighborhood Wendy’s! My favorite is the spicy Parmesan Chicken Caesar salad with the Spicy chicken !!!!
