Someone should let Josie know that she needs to communicate at the register; it is part of her job to acknowledge the customer in front of her and to inform them of the total. Considering her attitude, she might be better suited for a dishwashing position.
This is the third day in a row that my cup hasn't been filled all the way. I received my drink with almost half of it missing, and they still handed it to me like that. I'm really disappointed with this location.
I rarely go to Starbucks but today I decided to take my kids. We went through the drive-thru and I asked the person that was taking my order for suggestions for myself since my kids knew what they wanted. I felt disrespected by that person because of her attitude. From the jump this person has a lack of customer service and when it came to get me a suggestion in her word she said:?I don?t like anything from here, I don't eat here.? I respect everyone?s opinion but if you work at a fast food whether is Starbucks or not at least be courteous and there are better ways. I felt judge. Starbucks need to trained their people to be more customer service oriented.
It was not exactly clean when I came in. When management cares about its image maybe it will change this. When walking any establishment the last thing you want to see is people plan and their hair rubbing their nose and then touching your food. If you like profit then change this problem. This should not be a hang up place for homeless people to soak up Wi-Fi or to charge their phones. Now you know
