1. A key staff member who kept everything running smoothly has left, and their replacement is not performing well. 2. Someone who shouldn't be in the kitchen has taken over. The chicken and pork, which used to be juicy and well-seasoned, are now often dry and bland. The rice and noodles have suffered similarly. On top of that, I received chili and coriander when I specifically asked for none, and the service was confusing and unresponsive. To make matters worse, the ice cream now tastes watered down, which was quite shocking. I’m afraid it will take a while before I feel inclined to return, which is a shame because they were the only place where I could get a banh mi on Sundays!

These young people make the best Vietnamese broth rolls. I always order the combination roll.

Delicious food, courteous and friendly staff, and environmentally-friendly takeout containers. I will definitely return!

I have 2 combination Vietnamese rolling. vietnamese worst rolls ive ever had, a few pieces huh the rest was carrot, and a lot too much sauce / whatever it used. really disappointing.

Roast pork banh mi was good, generous crispy pork with good flavour. However they douse the pork with their brown (hoisin? sauce which changes the flavour of the roll. Good pickles and generous coriander. Friendly quick service. I personally prefer the rolls at the bakery outside
