The Bubbly Tart - Green Meadows

This cafe is an absolute dream. For starters, it is so beautifully decorate! There is plenty of seating and the chairs are so fun and comfy! Then of course the reason I came in the first place: the dessert. There is a wide variety of delectable treats. They have cakes, cookies, tarts, macaroons, and so much more. (Also there’s wine and other drinks! I can’t wait to come here weekly so I can try everything!

They actually took really good caution with the gluten free stuff and had it in separate parts! The snickerdoodle sandwich tasted exactly like the real thing and had the same texture! I'm definitely going anytime I'm in Omaha!!!!!

This place is adorable and very welcoming! There are so many options that are amazing, and I love that I can get slices of cake. They also have gluten free stuff as well. They have a nice outdoor place for people to sit and there is stress free parking right in front of the building.

Chelsie and The Bubbly Tart are our favorites! We've been customers for a few years, and we're constantly blown away by how good everything is, so we chose The Bubbly Tart for our wedding desserts. Chelsie was wonderful to work with when it came to planning the menu, and she even delivered and set up the desserts herself on the day of our wedding! We chose nine different mini desserts so that our guests could enjoy more than one, and every single one was a hit! We received several compliments, and multiple people said it was the best dessert they'd ever had. I cannot recommend The Bubbly Tart highly enough, whether for an event or just to stop by for some treats.

Ordered a birthday cake for my partners birthday. From beginning to end this was a great experience. Chelsie was quick to respond to e-mails and made the entire process super easy. I gave her a rough idea of kind of what I wanted and she took it from there. Everything was done through e-mail, including my payment, so I literally just walked in the door and picked it up when it was ready.The cake turned out amazing! My partner was really happy with it. It was both aesthetically pleasing and tasted great. I especially appreciated how nuanced the flavors were. It was a coffee and walnut cake, but each bite had some subtle differences. There were hints of almond cake to break up some of the coffee flavor which was my favorite part.The cake was beautifully decorated. I really wanted something unique and special and she nailed it. All in all it was worth every penny. Thank you Chelsie for helping to make my partners birthday special. If anyone wants to make their occasion memorable, The Bubbly Tart is the way to go! I know it is my new go-to when I want to do something special for someone.
