Schlotzsky's - Green Meadows

Some would rate service lower. I work retail. I understand keeping top shelf help is tough (especially in this day and age). The food here is always excellent. Also, I wasn 't there for atmosphere. This isn 't a place for impress me date night . It 's simply a kick butt sandwich shop.

I ordered delivery and it said it was delivered. It was not, the third party deliverer must be enjoying a great sandwhich. I called the store, and the manager, I believe, had the order made and delivered within minutes. I did not catch her name. Thank you all so much. Soup and sandwhich were amazing! Thank you for the Cinnabons, I will share with my group tonight! Thank yoooooou!

The manager corrected the error they made in having the wrong Cinnabon order. I appreciate his commitment to service.

It had been a while but was glad to get a Schlotskys after the one in Lincoln closed down. Still a sizable line at lunch. But wait for food wasn't bad. I upped the service rating because they were getting people thru quickly today.

Crazy crazy busy at lunch time.. but they were on top of things and we all got our correct food in a timely fashion
