Long John Silver's Taco Bell (tl32052)

After waiting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, I expected fresh food, but when I got home, the crab cake was burnt and the fish was undercooked. On a positive note, the hush puppies were fresh and delicious. I tried calling the restaurant, but as usual, there was no answer. I'm really disappointed. From now on, I think I'll stick to other locations, as the service and quality here have declined significantly—I've noticed a change in the staff.

The staff at this location is exceptionally friendly, but they seem to be struggling with long lines and understaffing. The photo shows the amount of Lobster Bites I received for $3.99, and I must say, I was quite disappointed with the portion size given the price.

The website indicated that the restaurant was open, but the dining room door was locked. The exit door signage instructed to use the entry door, but it wouldn’t open. The lights were on, and an employee was inside sweeping at 5:15 PM. They did have online ordering available with pickup inside. Ultimately, we decided to go elsewhere. We enjoy the food, but we’re left confused about whether the restaurant is actually open or closed. The building is quite old and in poor condition. I would feel embarrassed as part of the corporate team to have my name associated with this building.

The restaurant is currently undergoing renovations, and it's looking better each day. The staff is friendly, and the manager is fantastic. I can't wait to see how everything turns out!

I ordered the two-piece cod basket, and the person at the drive-thru speaker warned me that it was terrible. However, I didn't find it to be that bad. The hush puppies were good!
