Huhot Mongolian Grill - Green Meadows

I gave it a 1 star because I ordered from them tonight and door dash was supposed to bring my food. My order never arrived and Hu Hot says it's door dashes fault while door dash says hu hot has my money so its there fault. Tried to call Hu hot back and now they won't even answer phone. 1st called I got disconnected after someone said they would get manager. 2nd call told to call door dash manager is busy and now they are just not answering phone. I will not eat here again or use door dash. You both suck!

Great time with a team outing of 11. Fresh and well maintained meats veg and sauces.

Want at all impressed. I hadn't eaten there before and heard people talk about it so I thought I'd give it a try.Upon entering no one greeted me and there was a group gathered at the bar so I assumed you sat yourself. Nope! Once we went walking towards a table a guy came over and offered us seats at the corner where no one else was.... this I assumed was because it was one adult with 3 kids who are VERY well behaved and the rest of the people were by the buffet area. I told him I wanted to be closer to the buffet as well and after he hesitates, he takes us closer but still not close to anyone.... we sit and wait for the waitress he said he would get. Another table arrived and had their waitress and drinks before we met our waitress. I asked for a paper menu vs the sheet she told me to scan. I explained this was our first visit and she just compared her service and food to several other buffets. She took our drink order and said she'd give me time to review the menu after saying we were there for the Mongolian grill. She litterly disappeared and after some time and the table that arrived after us was enjoying their food and drinks I made the best choice to walk out. I motioned another server and told him we were leaving and he was quick to offer to take my drink and food order but the waitress earlier had that.I won't go back. I'll try all those other places she compared them to first.

Food was good...on a side note nothing to with huhots service but wifi would be awesome as cell service is horrible in that area

Kid-friendliness: Out waitress Kat was super attentive, polite and kind. As a single mom, Kat approached me and commented how sweet and courteous my son was displaying. This was music to my ears. Thank you.
