Unfortunately, did not meet our expectations. The room had a tub that wouldn't drain. Twice we spoke with the front desk, one of which was the GM, we were told it would be fixed, that it was fixed, and it wasn't. Still had to shower in ankle deep water. Generally old and run down. Certainly didnt meet the Hampton standards we are accustomed to.
Great location good room. No issues with free breakfast
The hotel was very nice. It was clean and the beds and pillows very comfy. The breakfast was good and a good variety. Front desk were amazing!! THE only thing was the hot tub was not working, but sounded like they had been trying to get it fixed. Would stay here again if we were back in town.
We pre reserved a room while traveling through town as we drove coast to coast bringing back some things from a family member who won’t be with us much longer. Let me start by saying the rooms, everything to the breakfast was great. Clean and cozy! However. Upon arriving for our check in, the dates were incorrect and it was to be changed with a small fee. The lady at the front desk was more than unhelpful. She suggested she could cancel the reservation but that was all she could do to assist us. After asking if there was a manager to assist she pointed to three different business cards and said “there’s three cards to choose” one of which was a sales manager… she then told us her manager would be in at 10pm- so after driving hours/days we waited up for said manager, Ian who was completely rude and refused to a level address the situation. The front counter lady kept covering her name tag and her name rubbed off (so bizarre). After deciding to just go to bed as there was not going to be much help from the said two people. In the morning there were different shift employees. We were informed the night crew/mngr was incorrect and she would take care of the mistake and interruption. This was after Ian the “manager” charged us double the night before for the room (although we pre-reserved/paid for the stay). Monique was so helpful to us in the morning, she corrected the error and refunded the double charge back to us. Thank you Monique for having such a positive attitude and correcting the mistakes. If it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t be returning (we come to Omaha yearly to visit family). So long as Monique is here we will return each years trip. Monique deserves a promotion and raise as she was what customer service should represent and she kept happy returning customers to your business unlike the red head who wouldn’t reveal her name, working the evening shift of 6/9/24 and Ian the front floor manager. Again the hotel, breakfast, amenities were fabulous! It was a management/front desk issue.
