Casey's Carry Out Pizza - Green Meadows

They lost my order for 8 pizzas that we sent in 2 days prior to when we needed them. They were for my kids 2 year old’s birthday party. When we went to pick them up they said they lost the order and would start on the order right away and said it would take about an hour. After an hour they pushed it out another hour and now we will not be able to feed our party of 25 people (including children).

Ordered 8 pizzas on Friday to be picked up Sunday late morning for my daughter’s birthday party. Have a friend set up to pick up pizzas, he shows up at pick up time and pizzas are not ready, staff says they never received the ticket. 5 min later they find the ticket and begin making the pizzas. An hour later, I tell him to forget it and leave since the party was now mostly over and we made other arrangements and the pizzas were still not ready Terrible service and not reliable

Shop here all the time, employees always provide good service. But today I tried to use the car wash. It took my payment, started and then just cut off. I waited of about 5min and pressed the help button multiple times with no answer. I then called the number for the store listed on google. Someone answered that said they were from the kitchen and immediately asked to put me on hold. I quickly notified him I was stuck in the car wash and he said he’d “have someone out soon.” I waited for another 10min and no one showed up. I got out of my car to find a button for the door. A few minutes after that an employee came out and apologized and said it was a customer who notified her. I wouldn’t have cared so much if I was by myself but I had my 10yr old in the car who was panicking. There needs to be a better procedure in place for this.

IT'S A SPEEDEE MART!!!! The owner or CEO or whoever runs the show for Speedee Mart needs to get on Google and claim the business. It's confusing so many things. I used to work at 118th and Q st location and we never got any door dash order because the number wasn't listed because Google still thinks it's Casey's!!! SMH

Pitiful and pathetic. The attendants can't even validate a free car wash code without their manager...does Casey's train these guys at all?
