Pan Asian Cuisine Sushi Grill

Food is tasty, but we never get appetizers before food waiting staff set right and food sits back when we say we want appetizers first!! Very disappointed last night was a waste of our money!!! You need better sushi cook and Meerred tuna was over!!

Always a pleasant experience, attention to detail and service is great. The teapot is large, the food is nutritious and tasty. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere with real plants and soft lighting for 10 years.

Do not trust the website prices for the Pan Asian Restaurant in Green Cove by AutoZone... My order was 16.99 on the website and 25.99 when I picked it up. I called her and let her know. They didn't try to fix the error. You just said... BAD KUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They knew about the mistake and still offered no remedy. Food was good, so they have two stars. It was not worth $25.00!!!

Every time you order, they tell you 20 minutes and you sit there for 45 minutes to an hour. Usually the order lacks things, and they are not apologetic when you call back. Complete disregard for customers who continue to return. You have to make it better if you have accurate times. We'd be less upset if you weren't lying about time and just telling us it was an hour.

I would give it 5 stars for the food, however, the waitress that was waiting on us didn't appear to care about her table. She was more interested in talking to various customers that were leaving (10 or more minutes with 3 sets). She also worked the phones/checkout. All other tables appeared to get great service though. Will check it out again and request to NOT have her again. We spent over $150, and when paying alot, you should get better service.We still would recommend it. Awesome food.
