This was truly one of the best meals I’ve ever had! I ordered the pulled chicken plate, while my partner chose the brisket plate. Both dishes were mouth-watering, perfectly tender, and bursting with flavor, served in just the right portion! The sides were amazing as well! If you haven’t tried Thermal Chaos yet, you’re really missing out! The restaurant is also kept impeccably clean. We will definitely be returning!

The award-winning barbecue served by Ken and Jackie from their charming little truck is absolutely incredible. They often set up outside Thumbknuckle Brewery, but you can easily locate them by following their social media updates. Everything I've tasted from them has been outstanding. My personal favorite is their pulled chicken sandwich, although the loaded brisket potato is a very close contender. Do not miss your chance to try their food!
