Is this really a Starbucks? I ordered a grande black English breakfast tea and was charged for it, but I ended up receiving a tea latte instead. I usually order this about 4-5 times a week. When I mentioned that the drink wasn't correct and that I just wanted two tea bags in a grande cup, the barista told me they couldn't serve plain hot tea. Huh? If that's the case, I'm not sure you can call yourselves a Starbucks.
