Schlotzsky's - Green Bay

Nice little restaurant that has a bit of a different twist. Very reasonable in price and super friendly staff.

The sandwiches are really good BUT... I ordered mine with no lettuce and got it anyway. And my friend asked if her sandwich came with cheese and was told that it did and there was no cheese. What the heck??? If you cannot understand the order just say do.

I've eaten here my whole life, and the food is always fantastic. I know that many businesses in the USA struggle to find staff, so I try to be understanding when the wait times are a bit longer or there are minor hiccups. Regardless, the food is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is a solid 10.

Two of my sandwiches were done and just sat there while I waited. Eventually, they finished their conversation, but instead of attending to my order, they continued to chat while preparing the fourth sandwich. To top it off, they put the wrong meat on that sandwich and didn't even mention it to me after discussing it amongst themselves. I definitely won’t be coming back!

The service was excellent and very friendly. However, I found the prices to be a bit high considering the quality of the meat. My husband had been to this restaurant in another state and said that the experience there was just not the same.
